Groundwork for passkeys, not switched on yet
This build carries the plumbing for signing in with a passkey. It is not switched on, so nothing about signing in changes yet.
What this build does
The pieces for passkey sign-in — on the phone and in the account — are in place, but the switch on our side is off, so nobody sees anything different. No date yet for turning it on.
