What Bobby remembers, and who may see it

See and correct what Bobby has been told about each person, and choose, by name, who may see a protected person’s records.

What Bobby remembers about someone

Tap a person in Members to see what Bobby has been told about them. Each fact is its own row, and anyone in a group that can tell Bobby things can remove one or add another. Before this, the only way to correct Bobby was to ask him to forget something and hope he did.

The page also says what happens if that person asks to be forgotten. Everything Bobby knows about them is erased. Things they told Bobby about other people stay, without saying who told him.

Others Bobby knows about

At the bottom of Members, a new row lists everyone Bobby has been told about who isn’t a member of the home, like a grandparent without the app, and things, like when the boiler was serviced. People open the same page a member does, and things can be removed.

Who may see a protected person’s records

In Safe mode, each protected person now has a short list under their switch: the people who may see their records, named one at a time. Joining a group never adds anyone to it. Only the people who manage invitations see this list, and for everyone else it isn’t there at all.

Still open

On at least one Android phone, the box for typing a message doesn’t appear in a thread. If you see it, Settings > Bug reports & feature requests is the quickest way to tell us.
